ParvinCorp is me — Devon Parvin. I’m an independent web designer based in Morristown, Tennessee, and I build websites for local businesses across East Tennessee: restaurants, salons, contractors, churches, and the kind of Main Street shops that big agencies never call back.

I started ParvinCorp because I watched good local businesses get stuck with slow, overpriced, cookie-cutter websites — or worse, talked into a monthly contract for a site they never even got to see first. So I do it backwards: I build your website before you pay anything. You see it live, on your own screen. If you love it, we go live and you pay. If you don’t, you walk away and owe me nothing.

Because I’m local, we can meet in person. You’re not filing a ticket with a call center three time zones away — you’re working with one person who answers the phone, knows your business, and lives in the same town as your customers.

Every site I build is fast, mobile-first, and set up to be found on Google in your area. After launch, I keep it hosted, secure, backed up, and updated — one simple bill, no surprises.
