Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ParvinCorp LLC ("ParvinCorp," "we") collects when you visit parvincorp.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Websites we build for clients have their own policies.
What we collect
What you send us. When you fill out our contact form or the Get Started form, we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as the services you're interested in, your budget, and your message.
Payments. When you buy a plan, you enter your payment details on a checkout page run by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares the details we need to run your account with us: your name, email, business name, the plan you chose, and your payment history.
How you use the site. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how people found us (for example, a search engine or a link), and general information such as device type, browser, and approximate location (city level). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us who you are, and we don't send it your name, email, or anything you type into our forms.
Spam protection. Our contact form briefly checks your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. We don't store it.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and follow up about the work you asked about.
- To set up, bill, and support the services you buy.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and keep spam out.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase stores contact form messages and billing records.
- Resend delivers the email that lets us know you sent a message.
- Stripe processes payments and sends your receipts.
- Google provides Google Analytics and the fonts used on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
Our own site code doesn't set cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell new visits from return visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We don't use advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Business outreach
We sometimes email local businesses about our services, using contact details that the business has published, such as on its own website. Every one of these emails includes a link to stop future messages, and we honor it. You can also email us and ask to be removed.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and customer records for as long as we're working together, and afterward for as long as we need them for business, tax, or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing DevonParvin@ParvinCorp.com. We may need to confirm it's really you before we act on a request.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can access stored information, and rely on established providers for payments and storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
