Common questions

Web design questions, answered straight.

The questions I hear most often from local business owners in Morristown and East Tennessee — asked plainly, answered plainly. Still wondering about something? Just ask me directly.

What if I don't like the website?
You walk away. No deposit, no “kill fee,” no awkward follow-ups. I eat the cost of the build. It’s the only way I know to prove I’m actually building something you’d be proud to put your name on — not just something you feel stuck paying for.
How long does it take?
Basic sites launch in about five business days. Standard in seven. Premium in ten. I build fast because I build a lot — not because I cut corners. You’ll get a firm timeline the same week you reach out.
Do I need to provide content or photos?
On the Standard plan and up, I write all your website copy and source photography for you. On the Basic plan, you bring the words and any photos you’ve got — I shape everything into a finished, professional presentation.
What about hosting and maintenance?
Pick Standard ($75/mo) or Priority ($150/mo). Either way: hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, plugin maintenance, and a direct line to me when something needs to change. One bill, no surprises.
Can I make changes after the site is live?
Yes, two ways. On Premium (or with the Admin Panel add-on), you update hours, photos, menu items, and events yourself — changes go live instantly. Small tweaks through me are included in your hosting plan. Larger additions are quoted flat, up front, before any work starts.
